LIFT International works alongside congregations, families, and community leaders to meet people where they are — with care, connection, and practical support. Through this partnership, Altadena CDC extends reviewed recovery information and anti-displacement resources into trusted networks across Altadena.
Bishop Anthony McFarland also serves as Secretary of the Altadena CDC Board, bringing decades of faith leadership and community organizing to the coalition's recovery work.
